Job Description

  • Salary: £20,000 – £22,000
  • Status: Full-time, Monday to Friday with occassional evening/weekend work.
  • Location: Scottish Gymnastics HQ, Caledonia House, Edinburgh
  • Hybrid working: Minimum of two days in the office per week, three days remote if home office set up is suitable for regular home working after the initial induction period.

Scottish Gymnastics is the governing body responsible for all levels of gymnastics activity in Scotland. We are looking for a performance administrator to join our close-knit, enthusiastic team and bring with them a range of skills to help us support the administrative and coordination functions of the performance department to deliver gymnastics programmes across all disciplines.

If you have experience of providing administrative support in a previous role, are organised, with a high attention to detail, this could be the role for you. The successful candidate will be customer driven with an excellent telephone manner and be able to manage their own workload.

Candidates will require strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to work on their own initiative. Candidates will need sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the internet. A prior knowledge of gymnastics would be advantageous.
