We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join the Human Resources team, who will drive organisational improvement in line with sportscotland’s People Strategy.
As the Learning and Development Manager you will tactfully challenge the status quo and be the catalyst for cultural change, so should have considerable experience in the design and delivery of organisation-wide change management programmes.
You will develop and support our people to ensure they have the skills, capability and agility they need to be effective in their role and to help them reach their full potential. In addition, you will design, development and implement a new capability framework which will incorporate sportscotland’s key competencies to ensure our people development plans and objectives are aligned to our business plans and objectives.
With your technical understanding of different learning interventions and their effectiveness including digital and blended learning, you will drive organisational improvement through enhancing participant engagement in the learning process such as improving the performance of employees to achieve organisational goals through improved learning and development interventions.
To be successful in this role you will have knowledge of how People Strategy and policies can influence organisational solutions. You will oversee the implementation of a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.
