Club Development Manager (x2)

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
• Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Location: Scottish Gymnastics HQ, Caledonia House, Edinburgh
• Hybrid working: One role will be based in the West of Scotland. One role is flexible within the rest of Scotland but will require attendance at least once a month in our Edinburgh office. Remote working if home office set up is suitable for regular home working. Some evening and weekend working as a normal requirement of the role.

This is key role working directly with our member clubs to support them in a range of areas including club operations, club capacity building, dedicated facilities, finance and funding, membership growth, whilst empowering clubs to be more creative in the way that they deliver their services.  The role will also support those starting a new gymnastics club. Customer facing role that will really make the difference increasing club members, improving sustainability whilst opening and improving access to the clubs.

The role will also act as national lead for the club services team in at least one of the key support areas; structure and legal status, people (non-coaching), member experience, club management or financial management

You will be a great fit to our team if you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and develop strong, effective working relationships. Have great attention to detail and organisational skills, the ability to work proactively with clubs and key partners. Being able to work as part of a team as well as being able to work on your own initiative is essential for this role.
